This year, Thorn and Durham University Fashion Show have come together for a memorable evening of thoughtful performances and creativity, all in aid of the Environmental Justice Foundation.
Together we are tackling the environmental crisis that we all face, and hoping to utilise art to create tangible change. Durham’s own The Poetry Experiment will be headlining and showcasing their original material. There will also be an exhibition of interactive artwork, photography and film for you to enjoy. We’re looking for contributions from you, the Durham community, around themes of sustainability and the environment, under the title RETRACE. Photography, film, painting. Spoken word, poetry, music. This event will showcase the artistic talent of Durham. Send your submissions to ducfsthorn@gmail.com to be a part of this event. All profits will go directly to the Environmental Justice Foundation, to secure the existence of our planet for generations to come. See you all soon, we hope that you’ll be able to join!
