Now that the new academic year is in full swing, it’s time for Thorn’s first event.
Head down to Fabio’s Bar for an evening filled with live performances of jazz music and spoken word poetry. Inspired by powerful campaigns like #MeToo and the Suffragette Movement, “Dissent” will be a reflection of both collective and individual power to stand against and overcome “normal” opinions. Tickets will be sold on the door for £4. After 10pm, Fabio’s will open for a club night, so why not stick around and make a night of it?
